Personal information submitted to this website will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection or as required by court order. Posts to online documents, discussion forums, discussion boards, comments to blogs, and Alumnae Class Notes are viewable by other users. This website takes every precaution to protect our users' personal information. Laws We Follow

We strive to be in compliance with the laws of the countries where our families’ data is collected and stored. All information collected on the website is assumed to be collected from our families while resident in Japan. Collected information is stored on servers in Japan and the United States. As such, Sacred Heart looks to comply with U.S. and Japanese laws, such as the applicable provisions of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related regulations.
